The primer was published in 2009 (and updated in 2023) and provides an "introduction to the complexity and nuance in the subject-matter jurisdiction of the U.S. Courts of Appeals".

Website of the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) an interdisciplinary, research organisation whose central aim is to "draw academics, activists, artists, genocide survivors, journalists, jurists, public policy makers, and other colleagues into the interdisciplinary study of genocide, with the goal of prevention." The site has details of conferences and other events and a downloadable newsletter. There is information on the IAGS journal, Genocide Studies and Prevention, and other books and publications on genocide.

European Corporate Governance Institute
Website of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), a not for profit, membership organisation based in Belgium. The ECGI promotes good practice in corporate governance and conducts and commissions research into corporate governance issues. Current research topics include shareholder activism, independent directors and executive remuneration.
ECGI's Working Papers in Law
Collection of working papers dealing with the legal aspects of corporate governance, business and finance made freely available by the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), a not for profit organisation conducting research into corporate governance issues. The working papers are written by ECGI Fellows and Research Associates and recent topics have included securities laws, international corporate regimes and civil liability and mandatory disclosure.
