Utah Bar Journal

The Utah Bar Journal is the official journal of the Utah State Bar and is made freely available on their website. The journal features articles on Utah law and legal developments, practice management and professional issues, letters to the editor, book reviews and news from the State Bar. The full-text articles are presented in HTML and issues are available online back to 2004. A search engine on the site allows the journal to be searched by keyword.

Utah State Bar

Website of the Utah State Bar a mandatory bar association representing members of the legal profession in Utah in the United States. There is background information on the site relating to the work of the Utah State Bar including contact details for the various sections and committees and a directory of members. The site also provides Utah Bar ethics opinions which are made freely available along with the rules of professional conduct and Utah State Bar by-laws.

National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia

This is the official website of the Armenian Parliament. It provides access to information on the history and current operation of the Parliament. The English language version of the site contains parliamentary news, plus the text of the constitution and rules of procedure. There are profiles of members and full text legislation can be downloaded in PDF. Laws can searched by keyword and browsed alphabetically or by subject. The site can be viewed in English, Russian and Armenian.

Motor Accident Solicitors Society

The Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) is a membership organisation for solicitors specialising in road accident claims. MASS also provides legal advice for people who have been victims of road traffic accidents and those involved in motor accident compensation claims. The site provides contact details for members of MASS using a clickable map of the UK regions. Advice on the site includes a checklist for accident victims, a guide to who pays the cost of legal advice and a glossary of legal terms. A section of the website is reserved for members only.

Queensland Courts

Website of the Queensland Courts in Australia, administered by the Supreme Court Library. Includes information about the Supreme Court, District Courts, Magistrates' Courts, Children's Court, and Mental Health Court, as well as the tribunals, such as the Consumer and Commercial Tribunal and the Land and Resources Tribunal. Judgments from the Queensland courts are available, along with practice directions and links to state legislation.

Commonwealth Ombudsman Australia

Website of the Australian Commonwealth Ombudsman whose role is to "investigate complaints from people who believe they have been treated unfairly or unreasonably by a Commonwealth Government department or agency". The site provides guidance to resolving complaints and disputes and full-text copies of the Ombudsman's investigations. These are available online back to 1997 and are presented in PDF.

Tasmania Department of Justice

Website of the Department of Justice in Tasmania. This department consists of a number of divisions including the Crown Solicitor, Director of Public Prosecutions, Legal Aid Division, Legal Ombudsman, courts and tribunals, the Prison Service and the Parole Board. The site provides background information to the work of these divisions along with full-text copies of their annual reports and other documentation. Publications are presented in either PDF or HTML formats. It is possible to search the entire site by keyword using the site search engine.

State Bar of South Dakota

Website of the State Bar of South Dakota the organisation representing the legal profession in the state of South Dakota in the United States. The site includes information aimed at the general public including a selection of free online pamphlets dealing with subjects such as bankruptcy, buying a home, the elderly and the law, marriage, adoption, law and youth, South Dakota's court system and lawyer discipline.

South Carolina Bar

Website of the South Carolina Bar the organisation representing the legal profession in the state of South Carolina in the United States. The site provides information about the South Carolina Bar including the various sections and committees and the Bar's Continuing Legal Education programme. Resources for members include rules, guidelines, forms and a legislative update featuring summaries of bills which relate to the practice of law. There are also links to South Carolina legal resources, state court decisions and copies of the South Carolina Lawyer.
