Online guide to the international criminal courts of Yugoslavia, Rwanda and Sierra Leone compiled by Amy Burchfield who is Head of Access and Faculty Services at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Library and updated by Andrew Dorchak who is Head of Reference and Foreign/International Law Specialist at The Judge Ben C. Green Law Library at Case Western Reserve University's School of Law. The guide was published in 2005 and updated in 2017 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The guide provides background information to the conflicts in the former Yugoslavia, Rwanda and Sierra Leone and an overview of the courts with links to their official Websites and basic documents. There is a chart comparing the three courts in terms of the number of judges, location and official language. The author also highlights printed, online and subscription sources of judgements and case law relating to each court. Mention is made of various online and print sources relating to more than one court and to other research guides and bibliographies.
