The Guernsey Legal Resources website is a joint initiative of the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Law Officers of the Crown. The site a range of materials, including laws of Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and the Bailiwick of Guernsey (the latter consists of the three jurisdictions of Guernsey, Alderney and Sark) and ordinances for Guernsey and Sark. The Guernsey Law Reports 2003 to 2012 are available, with indexes by case (reported and cited), subject and legislation cited. Unreported judgments are available from 2003 onwards, and there is also an older collection of Guernsey Court of Appeal judgments (1964 to 1989). The Guernsey Law Journal is available from 1985 to 2000, when it was superseded by the Jersey and Guernsey Law Review, a link to which is given on the site. Orders of the Royal Court and practice directions from 2000 onwards are also available. Materials on the site can be searched use the advanced search engine.
