A.C.T. Legislation Register

The ACT (Australian Capital Territory) Legislation Register is hosted by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office in Canberra, Australia. It was established under the Legislation Act 2001 in order to make Australian Capital Territory legislation more accessible. The website presents all acts and subordinate laws (rules and regulations) along with disallowable instruments, approved forms, notifiable instruments and commencement notices made under authorising laws. Also included are bills which are currently before the Legislative Assembly.

New Zealand legislation

New Zealand's official legislation website, provided by the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO). Includes public, local and private acts, secondary legislation, bills and supplementary order papers. Since January 2014, authentic online versions of legislation have been available, including official updated texts of principal legislation (as against amending legislation) enacted or made since 1931, as well as other point-in-time versions. The site also has old provincial acts and imperial legislation. A glossary of legislative and other terminology is provided.

Chronological Tables of Local and of Private and Personal Acts

Chronological tables of Private and Personal Acts from 1539 to 2008, Local Acts from 1797 to 2008, and Northern Ireland Statutory Rules from 1923 to 2023, giving details of amendments and repeals. The tables are on the Legislation.gov.uk website; the site's Changes to Legislation page covers post-2008 local/personal/private act amendments and repeals. The tables are compiled by the Law Commission, Scottish Law Commission and Northern Ireland Statutory Publications Office and were originally published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office (HMSO).

New South Wales Legislation

Website providing New South Wales legislation, managed by the NSW Parliamentary Counsel's Office. Includes acts,and statutory instruments in force, historical and repealed versions of legislation (starting from January 2002), bills, and an archive of legislation as it was originally made (back to January 1990). Acts and regulations are listed alphabetically by title or can be searched using words and phrases.

Constitution of Romania

An online version of the 1991 Romanian Constitution (amended to 2003) made freely available in English by International Constitutional Law (ICL) at the University of Bern in Switzerland. The Constitution includes sections on fundamental rights and freedoms, the role of the President, the passing of legislation and the organisation and functions of Parliament, the Government, judicial authority, the Constitutional Court, local government, armed forces and the police. The Constitution can be viewed in HTML.

Garant : daily monitoring of Russian law

Free legal news service from Garant, a Moscow-based company specialising in the provision of Russian legal information. The Garant site, which is available in English and Russian, provides daily Russian legal updates (including amendments and decisions), giving the date, title and a brief summary. Garant also offers a fee-based database of Russian legislation, in English and Russian.

Legislationline

Legislationline is a website provided by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), which is part of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). It consists primarily of a database of selected legal texts from countries within the OSCE region, as well as international legal materials. The purpose of this database is to provide examples of domestic legislation and international standards for the use of lawmakers in OSCE participating states.
