CaseCheck is a website run by Moore Legal Technology, a consultancy set up by former solicitors. It provides free access to selected personal injury and negligence cases from UK courts. Case summaries are available back to 2000, browseable by name and/or area of law, or searchable by key word and other criteria.
US Supreme Court Center
Free database of US Supreme Court decisions from the 1790s onwards, provided by Justia, a US legal media and technology company. Cases can be searched by keyword or browsed by volume / year. The site also includes a brief history of the US Supreme Court, a list of current Supreme Court justices and details of previous justices from 1793 onwards.
Common portal of national case law
Portal to the case law databases of the national supreme courts of the European Union, provided by the Network of the Presidents of the Supreme Judicial Courts of the European Union. The various public databases can be searched simultaneously in any of the EU languages. Additional features, including translation of judgments into other languages, are available to members of the Network.
Trial of the Major War Criminals before the International Military Tribunal Nuremberg, 14 November 1945 - 1 October 1946
Digitised version of the 42-volume 'Blue book' series: official records of the trial of Nazi and military leaders accused of war crimes during the Second World War by the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg. Provided online by the Library of Congress, they include evidence and verdicts against Hermann Wilhelm Goering, Rudolf Hess and Albert Speer. Some background information on the purpose, remit and organisation of the Tribunal is also provided.
Landmark Supreme Court cases
Collection of twenty US Supreme Court cases that feature on US high school and middle school social studies curriculums, accompanied by teaching materials. Developed by the Supreme Court Historical Society and Street Law, the site provides case summaries, excerpts from the majority and dissenting opinions, newspaper and courtroom accounts of the cases, chronologies, links to related websites and a glossary.
Cour de Justice Benelux
The Benelux Court of Justice came into being in 1974, with the role of ensuring consistent application of laws common to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and hearing disputes relating to the civil service of the Benelux economic union. The Court's website provides a register of past and forthcoming cases and the text of all judgments and decisions. The Court's founding treaty, rules of procedure and other constitutional documents are also available, under 'Documents de base'. Background information about the Court is given, plus a list of its officers.
NSW Caselaw
Judgments and decisions of New South Wales courts and tribunals, provided by the Department of Communities and Justice of New South Wales. Cases can be browsed by court, date or case name and there are basic and advanced search facilities.

Official Rwanda law portal, providing laws, orders and regulations in force, arranged by subject, and selected decisions of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and Commercial High Court. There are basic and advanced search facilities and the site is available in Kinyarwanda, French and English.

Portal to WTO and GATT dispute settlement reports provided by Globefield Press, a specialist law publisher based in the UK. The reports, concerning international trade disputes, are arranged by respondent country.
