Bundesverwaltungsgericht

The website of the German Federal Administrative Court provides general information on the history, functions and procedure of the Court, including a table of allocation of business among its several chambers (Senates). It is now based in Leipzig. Press releases, giving summaries of individual decisions, are available in full-text from 1997. Access to these is by year and number (roughly chronological), with links from an entry in the table to the text itself. There is a page of links to the other German federal courts, and the administrative courts of the Länder.

Inter-American Court of Human Rights

The Inter-American Court of Human Rights forms part of the Inter-American system of human rights, within the Organization of American States. Its website has Spanish or English versions, but most of the content is in Spanish. It offers judgments and decisions in Spanish; the Court's Statute and rules in Spanish, English and other languages; press releases in Spanish; and information about the work of the Court in Spanish and English (etc.).

Bundesgerichtshof

The German Supreme Court (Bundesgerichtshof) web pages give information, in German, on the jurisdiction, structure and activities of the Court. They are hosted by the University of Karlsruhe. There is a description of the allocation of different types of cases among the several chambers (Senates), current lists of the judges of the Court and lawyers working in the Court, an historical list of presidents of the Court, a description of the Library, and copies of the Court's annual reports and judicial statistics since 1996.

Supreme Court of India

Website for the Supreme Court of India, providing background information on the history, constitution and jurisdiction of the Court. Court rules of the court are available on the site, along with profiles of the Chief Justice and the judges of the Supreme Court. There are links to the Indian Courts, full-text judgments, cause lists and the Indian Code.

Attorney General's Office

Website of the Attorney General's Office. The Attorney General and Solicitor General are the chief legal advisers to the government and deal with questions of law arising on government bills and with issues of legal policy. The site has information about all areas of the Attorney General's work, details of Freedom of Information requests and copies of the Attorney General's Guidelines on the law relating to prosecutions. There are also press releases, recent speeches of the Law Officers and a page of links to other government law sites.

Supreme Court Singapore

This official website provides judgments for the last three months and information about the work of the Court. Practice Directions and amendments are also provided, together with the Weekly Law Notices, Hearings Lists, news and speeches. Links to other Singapore law websites are also provided.

Isle of Man Government

Official website for the government of the Isle of Man. It provides official information and guidance from the various government departments, arranged by subject. There are links to government consultations and to a database of company information. The site is primarily designed for members of the public.

New Zealand Law Commission

Website for the New Zealand Law Commission, an independent law reform agency established by statute in 1985 to undertake the systematic review, reform and development of New Zealand law. The site provides details of projects the Commission is undertaking including the terms of reference, current status and any related publications. Areas of law currently being looked at include search and surveillance powers, review of privacy and criminal defences (insanity and infanticide). Full-text copies of the Commission's publications back to 1997 can be viewed in HTML or PDF.

Australian Law Reform Commission

Website for the Australian Law Reform Commission, a permanent independent federal statutory corporation, established in 1975. The Commission is a very effective and influential agent for legal reform in Australia, and publishes a wide range of publications, including Consultation Papers, Final Reports, Annual Reports and Reform journal. The site provides a full listing of all these publications, and provides access to most recent reports in full-text. Since public consultation has always been an important feature, individual issues papers have email composition links for feedback.
