This archived section of the superseded Justice.gov.uk website includes decisions by the National Security Appeals Panel (NSAP). The NSAP was part of the Information Tribunal. It heard appeals against certificates issued by ministers of the British Crown on national security grounds. It was replaced by the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) in 2010.

The Court Portal is administered by the Romanian Ministry of Justice. It provides access to Romanian courts' websites, contact details and other information, including hearing lists and selected decisions. All available decisions can be accessed using the separate Jurisprudenţă search facility. Courts can be identified using a judicial map, a list of courts organised by type, or an address search.
