Sindh High Court

Website of the High Court for the province of Sindh, Pakistan. Provides a database of more than 25,000 judgments and orders. Also makes available cause lists, an explanation of the Court’s jurisdiction and lists of judges. The site also has a set of links to Pakistani law websites.

Isle of Man Legislation

The official Isle of Man legislation websit,e providing free, open access to all current Acts of Tynwald consolidated to show all amendments. Each of the current acts shows the act consolidated to September 2012. The site offers browse and search facilties and features: current acts presented alphabetically or by subject, with a point in time function allowing previous versions of acts to be viewed; a table of changes made to acts showing the source of amendments and the date they came into effect; all acts published “as enacted” since 2001; all acts repealed since September 2012.

African Legal Information Institute

The African Legal Information Institute (AfricanLII) makes available treaties, cases, resolutions, decisions, reports and other publications of African regional organisations. It also provides access to legislation and cases from 16 African countries, via its search facility. The home page has links to regional and national African websites. AfricanLII is a project of the Democratic Governance and Rights Unit (DGRU) at the University of Cape Town law faculty.

Sierra Leone Legal Information Institute

Website of the Sierra Leone Legal Information Institute (SierraLII) a non-profit organization providing free access to online legal information of Sierra Leone. Resources provided include selected full text decisions of the Supreme Court of Sierra Leone, the Appeal Court, High Court and Special Court of Sierra Leone. Full text legislation can be browsed by date or topic and links are given to other Sierra Leone legal sites.

National Assembly of the Seychelles

Official website of the Seychelles National Assembly- the legislative branch of the Seychelles government. The site provides information on National Assembly members and committees and on the work of the organisation. A full text copy of the Constitution can be downloaded and there are other important documents provided including order papers, standing orders and the official Journal.

Lesotho Legal Information Institute

Website of LesLII a project providing access to Lesotho legal materials established with support from the African Legal Information Institute (African LII). The site provides full text judgements of the Court of Appeal, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court and High Court Commercial Division, High Court Constitutional Division and High Court Land Division. Selected legislation back to 1967 is also offered along with other documents including Law Society Rules and practice directives.

Finding the Law in Seychelles

Online guide to Seychelles legal information written by Jessica Kerr who is a New Zealand lawyer working for the Central Bank. She also sits on the Board of the Seychelles Legal Information Institute (SeyLII). The author provides information on the constitution, branches of government, the judiciary and the legal profession in Seychelles. There is also guidance to finding legislation, case law and secondary sources including links to legal materials online.

Seychelles Legal Information Institute

Website of the Seychelles Legal Information Institute (SeyLII). This site provides free access to Seychelles consolidated legislation, statutory instruments, acts as enacted and judgements of the Seychelles Constitutional and Supreme courts. Court documents- practice directions and causelists- are provided along with an eGrey Book which includes the most frequently cited legislation in Seychelles. SeyLII is a project of the Seychelles Judiciary with support from the African Legal Information Institute (AfricanLII).
