Courts of New Zealand

Official website of Courts of New Zealand, the body responsible for court administration in New Zealand. Includes a database of selected higher court judgments, called Judicial Decisions of Public Interest and mostly consisting of criminal cases and other judgments of public interest. The site also has information about the role, structure and history of the courts and explains the functions of the Judicial Committees and the Rules Committee. There is also information about the judiciary. Sections covering the individual courts provide legislation, daily lists and case summaries.

Society of Asian Lawyers

SAL draws its membership from solicitors, barristers, legal executives, trainees and law students from all parts of the UK. Its website has news, information about membership and event listings. It also gives details of the society's mentoring scheme, which raises awareness of the legal profession amongst the Asian community and promotes the careers of Asian lawyers in the UK.

AccessToLaw

AccessToLaw is a collection of annotated legal links compiled by the Inner Temple Library and made freely available on their website. Resources linked to on the site cover United Kingdom law, Commonwealth countries and other jurisdictions, a selection of legal subjects and general resources. The section covering United Kingdom law includes links to sources of case law, legislation, local government and court information. The collection of broad subject headings includes banking, criminal law, employment law, human rights, international law, planning, property and taxation.

Western Circuit

Association for barristers practising in the South and South West of England. The website has a directory of barristers' chambers in the region, news, event information and details of courses. It provides information about the Western Circuit Women’s Forum and the circuit's diversity and inclusion initiative, Bar None. A members-only section provides minutes of meetings and other material.

Wales and Chester Circuit

One of six Circuits that make up the bar in England and Wales, for barristers working in Wales and Cheshire. The site provides lists of chambers and individual barristers, news, event information and details of training offered to members of the circuit. An online membership application form is also available.

Commercial Bar Association

London-based organisation for barristers who work in the field of commercial law, particularly those working with the international business sector. The website provides details of services offered by commercial barristers and a directory of COMBAR members. News and event information is also available. There are details of scholarships offered and a section covering careers at the commercial bar.

Collegium

Academic journal of the College of the Europe, a postgraduate institute of European studies. The journal features articles (some in English, some in French) based on its annual colloquium in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Brussels. The main focus is humanitarian issues such as the laws of war and international human rights law.
