Journal of International Economic Law

Web pages of the Journal of International Economic Law, which is published by Oxford University Press (OUP). The journal is aimed at scholars, government officials and legal professionals and includes editorials, articles, book reviews and notes. The journal looks at legal issues relating to international economic activity.

Also included are details of current activities, including plans and projects, mission and priorities, economic and foreign policy, and Estonia's relations with NATO and its membership of the EU.

This is the official website of the Government of Malawi. It provides a gateway to government news and information on the various government departments. There is information on the Malawi National Assembly and its members along with links to recent government publications and statistics.

Ius laboris is an association for specialists in human resources law; it is based in Belgium and has member firms in over 45 countries. The site gives details of workshops and events, provides publications by members and also has a news section. The site is available in English, French and Spanish.

Roman Law Library

Collection of Roman laws made available via the University of Grenoble website. The site was founded by Alexandre Koptev and Yves Lassard and has contributors from many different European universities. The laws are available in full, in Latin, with French and English translations. The site also provides bibliographies of Roman history and law and a page of links.

Competition Law Scholars Forum

The Competition Law Scholars Forum (CLaSF) was established in 2002 with the aim of promoting scholarship in the field of competition law. The website includes information about the aims and objectives of CLaSF and membership details. There is information about workshops organised by ClaSF and other events relevant to competition law. The site also has contact details for forum members and a copy of the constitution. A series of working papers can be downloaded from the site.

Legal Term Dictionary

Online legal dictionary which is based on the 1856 Bouvier's Law Dictionary and made freely available on the LawGuru website. The dictionary contains over 6,500 legal terms which can be searched or browsed alphabetically. The site provides an online help facility and it is possible to access other parts of the LawGuru website from this page. LawGuru provides a range of legal resources (forms, directories, legal news) and is owned and operated by WebSiteBroker, Inc. a California Corporation. It provides an online community for lawyers.

Landlord Law

Website of Landlord Law, a subscription website produced by Tessa Shepperson, a solicitor based in Norwich specialising in residential landlord and tenant work. The site has sections for landlords and tenants, together with information about tenancy agreements, rent arrears and eviction. There are also links to housing cases and legislation. Free content includes feature articles on specific aspects of landlord and tenant law, a questions and answers page, news stories and book reviews and Law Commission documents focusing on housing law reform.

Iraq Military Law

List of online legal resources covering aspects of Iraq's military law, produced by Worldlii (World Legal Information Institute) a legal information portal. Includes links to all UN Security Council Resolutions, resources dealing with the legal issues surrounding an attack on Iraq, links to information about weapons inspections, Iraq military related websites and to United Nations Special Commissions websites like UNMOVIC and UNSCOM.
