The site is made freely available in English and provides a guide to buying French property covering contracts, mortgages, searches and fees. There is a selection of FAQs covering inheritance and representation along with related news stories. The site contains guidance relating to the legal position of shareholders in a Private Limited Company and includes information about the structure of a company and the role of directors, company secretaries and shareholders. Advice is also given on shareholder disputes, how to value shareholdings and how to sell shares in a Private Limited Company.

Labour Court

Website of the Irish Labour Court (An Chuirt Oibreachais), a tribunal dealing with disputes concerning industrial relations, the minimum wage and equality. The site has a guide to the work of the Court and provides its recommendations, determinations and decisions, as well as court forms and procedural guidelines. Annual reports are available as PDF documents back to 1999.

Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority

The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) deals with compensation claims from people who have been physically or mentally injured because they were the blameless victim of a violent crime in England, Scotland or Wales. Tennessee Bar Association

Website of the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) a voluntary bar association representing the legal profession in Tennessee in the United States. The site has information about the TBA including contact details for the Board of Governors and the House of Delegates, information about the various sections and committees and a directory of members. For the public there is a selection of brief reports focusing on Tennessee law dealing with different legal topics including family law, employment, mediation, criminal law and immigration.

Utah Bar Journal

The Utah Bar Journal is the official journal of the Utah State Bar and is made freely available on their website. The journal features articles on Utah law and legal developments, practice management and professional issues, letters to the editor, book reviews and news from the State Bar. The full-text articles are presented in HTML and issues are available online back to 2004. A search engine on the site allows the journal to be searched by keyword.

Website of the Utah State Bar a mandatory bar association representing members of the legal profession in Utah in the United States. There is background information on the site relating to the work of the Utah State Bar including contact details for the various sections and committees and a directory of members. The site also provides Utah Bar ethics opinions which are made freely available along with the rules of professional conduct and Utah State Bar by-laws.
