Website of the Missouri Bar the organisation which represents lawyers practising in Missouri in the United States. The site contains resources aimed at members and the Missouri public. There is information about the Bar's legislative activities and links to Missouri legislation, a database of Missouri case law summaries and a database of informal advisory opinions that can be searched or browsed by topic. There is information about the Bar including education programmes offered and the various committees and sections.

Journal of the Missouri Bar

The Journal of the Missouri Bar is the Bar's official publication appearing on their website. The Journal is published bi-monthly and available from 2014 on their website. The journal has articles containing Missouri legal news and columns and reports providing case commentaries, details of Supreme Court rule changes and corporate dissolutions. Back issues are available only for bar members.

State Bar of Montana

Website of the State Bar of Montana the organisation which represents lawyers practising in Montana in the United States. The website provides information about admission to the State Bar of Montana, a list of Bar officers and trustees along with contact details for members of staff. There are links to Montana legal resources including organisations, courts, forms, law libraries and the Montana legislature. Ethics opinions issued by the State Bar of Montana's Ethics Committee are available on the site. These can be searched or browsed by date, number or topic.

Government Gazettes Online

Global guide to government gazettes, official publications which typically contain legislation, government notices and other documents. The site is provided by the University of Michigan. For each country, it gives the title of the gazette, a description of the contents, the date range available on the web and the frequency of publication, with a link to the gazette's website.

Latvijas Tiesu Portals

This is the Latvia Courts Portal providing online information about the courts and legal systems of the Republic of Latvia. The site features an overview of the courts system, its structure, hierarchy, courts, land registry and finance. Also included is information about the legal system including the workings of the courts and justice institutions and the roles of specific individuals. In addition there is a database of court rulings, a library of normative acts and law journals and an archive of related news. The site is available in Latvian only.

Massachusetts Bar Association

Website of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), an organisation serving the legal profession and the public in Massachusetts. The website has information about the work of the MBA and contact details for the Committee on Professional Ethics, the Executive Management Board, House of Delegates and associated organisations. There is information about the various sections, Continuing Legal Education provided by the MBA and journals the association publishes.

Spam Laws

The Spam Laws website was originally compiled by David Sorkin who is Associate Professor of Law at the John Marshall Law School in Illinois, USA. The site focuses on laws in the United States, Europe and other countries relating to unsolicited commercial email (spam). The US legal materials include proposed and enacted federal and state laws along with selected cases. Europe and other countries are listed by country with links to a variety of legal materials including legislation, reports, websites, EU directives, position papers and surveys.

Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia

Website of the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA) which is based at the University of Melbourne and run by the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Economics and Commerce and the Melbourne Business School. IPRIA was established to "increase the understanding, creation, use and exploitation of intellectual property by Australian organisations and individuals". The site provides information about courses and research work being undertaken at the Institute.

State Bar of Michigan

Website of the State Bar of Michigan which is the regulatory body for lawyers practising in Michigan in the United States. The site has organisational information about the State Bar, links to Michigan law firms and a member directory. For members there is Bar news and events, information about the various sections and committees, links to Michigan legislation and other Michigan legal resources including government and other websites. Opinions of the Michigan courts are available on the site and can be browsed or search by date and name.
