Mexican Law Review

The Mexican Law Review is an English language publication of the Instituto de Investigaciones Jur¦dicas (Legal Research Institute) at the Universidad Nacional Aut¥noma de M?xico (National Autonomous University of Mexico). The aim of the Law Review is to bring together English translations of articles on Mexican and Latin American law. The Review is published twice a year and issues are available online from 2004 onwards.

Legal Information System of the Federated States of Micronesia

Website of the Legal Information System (LIS) of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), a project of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Micronesia. The aim of the project is to improve public access to legal materials of the FSM. The site has information about the FSM National Government and the four states that make up the Federated States of Micronesia- Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Yap providing access to constitutions, codes, regulations, court decisions and rules.

International Journal of Not-for-Profit Law

The International Journal of Not-for-Profit Law (IJNL) is published quarterly by the International Center for Not-For-Profit Law (ICNL). The IJNL was first published in 1998 and all issues are available free on its website. The journal is aimed at lawyers, scholars, donors, and government officials focusing on the legal aspects of non-governmental organisations in different parts of the world.

Unified Courts of Guam

Official website of the Judiciary of Guam. The site provides organisational information, rules and regulations and annual reports for the Guam courts along with information relating to the Supreme Court and the Superior Court. Access to profiles of the judges and copies of their speeches are also available. There are copies of court rules, promulgation orders and full-text (PDF) opinions from 1996 onwards. A page of links to other Guam legal resources is also given.

Native Lands Trust Board

Official website of the Native Lands Trust Board (NLTB) of Fiji, the body with responsibility for administering native land for the benefit of the indigenous landowner in Fiji. The site has information on the history and background of the NLTB, its corporate objectives and the type of leases currently administered. There is also information on the ownership structure of land in Fiji and a selection of commentary articles.

Helplinelaw

Helplinelaw is a gateway site to Indian legal information provided by a 'virtual' law firm with associates in India and other countries. Full text Indian laws are made freely available on the site arranged alphabetically and by legal subject covering banking, environmental, criminal, immigration, employment, consumer and property law. There is also a directory of Indian lawyers and selected information for other jurisdictions.
