Official website of the Mauritian National Assembly which, together with the President, forms the Parliament of Mauritius. The site has profiles of MPs and the Speaker along with a copy of the Constitution and legislation back to 2009 which can be viewed in full. Other parliamentary proceedings including order papers, Hansard, parliamentary questions and details of committees are also given.
Electronic copy of the 1968 Mauritian Constitution, amended up to 2016, made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution can be accessed in a range of formats including PDF and HTML. There are chapters covering fundamental rights, the role of the president, parliament, the judicature, the Rodrigues Regional Assembly and other public bodies.

The Judicial Training Institute (JTI) is a Ghanaian organisation providing training for judges, magistrates and judicial staff in Ghana. The JTI organises “programmes and activities to meet both the professional needs of individual members of the judiciary and the judicial service and the capacity-building needs of the judiciary and the judicial service as a whole”.
The British Association of Comparative Law (BACL) is an organisation dedicated to promoting “comparative legal research and teaching throughout the UK”. Its membership is open to staff of UK universities with areas of research and activities involving comparative law. Along with the Scottish Association of Comparative Law, BACL organises the national reports submitted to the International Congress of Comparative Law. BACL coordinates annual seminars and postgraduate workshops on comparative law. The site contains a blog that posts regular online publications on comparative law.

The guide contains information on the structure of the League of Nations, links to useful resources such as journals and books and a detailed guide to the League of Nations’ documents and publications, including the complicated numbering system of their documents. Their aim is to support legal research and promote legal information awareness across the continent by building up a network of individual and institutional members. The article was published in 2022 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author gives background information to the Mauritian legal system and an introduction to the sources of law including the Constitution and legal codes.
