A bibliographic guide to business and commercial laws in the Federal Republic of Germany, listing English translations, research aids and sources. The guide was written by Dr. Sebastian Omlor who is Professor of Law and Director of the Institute for Comparative Law at the University of Marburg School of Law in Germany. The guide was published in 2005 (and updated in 2022) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law.

Law Commission of India

The Law Commission of India is a government body concerned with law reform and the review and repeal of obsolete laws. Its website includes an outline of the Commission's work and the full text of all its reports. A short analysis is given of how the Commission's work and recommendations are followed up and implemented by the Indian Government.

Doing legal research in Romania

An online reference and research guide on Romanian law, prepared by Dana Neacsu a lawyer and member of the bar of the State of New York and a reference librarian at Columbia Law School. The guide is arranged in sections describing and linking to relevant sources on the internet. Sections include the Romanian legal system, Romanian primary and secondary legal sources, online sources of legal information, legal organisations such as law libraries, law schools and law firms and a full range of specific topics in Romanian law.

Women's Legal History Biography Project

A collection of educational materials aiming to record the history, lives, work and careers of pioneering women lawyers in the United States, derived from a course on women's legal history at Stanford Law School. Materials offered by the site include: articles, research guides and bibliographies, biographical profiles, obituaries and a photographic archive of early women lawyers. A list of links to other relevant Internet sites is also provided. A section of the site concentrates on Clara Shortridge Foltz the first women lawyer on the Pacific Coast (California 1978).
