Online newsletter looking at legal technology matters and news stories relating to internet, e-commerce and new media developments in the United Kingdom and internationally. The journal is published monthly by UK-based electronic publisher Charles Christian and presents items of news, comment and analysis supplemented by notes on cases of interest. Current issues are available on subscription only but archived issues from 1995 onwards can be freely downloaded from the site. Issues are presented in HTML and PDF.

Legal Services Research Centre

Archived website of the Legal Services Research Centre, which carried out research on the subject of legal aid from 1996 to 2013, when it closed. The Centre was the research division of the UK's Legal Services Commission. The website provides information about the Centre's projects concerning administration of justice issues, along with details of the annual conference and useful links.

Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre

Website for the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre based at St Peter's College, University of Oxford. The Centre was founded in 1990 to "facilitate and conduct advanced research into all aspects of intellectual property". Particular emphasis is placed on study into the effects of innovation and new technology on intellectual property issues. Information about the Centre's aims, staff and seminar programme is presented on the website. The site carries a collection of online working papers and seminar papers written by members and guests of the Centre.

One of a series of guides to online primary resources for Western European history, compiled by Richard Hacken, European Studies bibliographer at Brigham Young University, Utah. The resources linked to are mainly transcriptions, facsimiles and translations listed chronologically, which illuminate the political, economic, social or cultural implications of important historical events.

Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists

The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) is an organisation for solicitors, barristers and legal executives pecialising in contentious trust and probate work in England and Wales. The site explains the role of the ACTAPS in supporting the work of legal professionals in the field, through education and training, conferences and representation to government and judicial bodies. The site includes the Code of Conduct for ACTAPS members and an ACTAPS Membership list with notes on becoming a member also provided. Parts of the site are available to members only.

McLibel Trial

Website publishing a range of information about the "McLibel Trial", the libel case brought by multinational company McDonalds against two London activists, which became the longest court case in English history. The site has been developed by the London based McLibel Support Campaign, a group formed in 1990 to raise funds for the defendants. The judgement is made freely available on the site in full text or summary form.

The site publishes information about the Society's membership and application procedures; details of trustees and officers; and events programme listings. Manx Church Legislation

A collection of statutory materials, articles, and commentaries concerned with the ecclesiastical law of the Isle of Man. Acts and regulations of Tynwald carried by the site include: Church Legislation Procedure Act 1993, Church Representation Rules as they have effect in the Isle of Man, and the Marriage Act 1984. Further documents on the site cover issues such as: the ordination of women priests, tenure of church wardens and maintenance of church records. The documents are listed in a table with a note on content and link to full-text.

Church of England Measures

One of a series of concise factsheets produced by the House of Commons Information Office and published on the website of the UK Parliament. The Church of England Measures factsheet, last revised in 2010, provides a brief history of how the internal government of the Church came under Crown control. Current legislative procedure for the Church of England is clarified, with particular emphasis on the legislative powers remaining with Parliament.
