Wet- en regelgeving

Wet- en regelgeving is the Dutch government’s legislation website, part of the government portal, Overheid.nl. The database, which is entirely in Dutch, contains consolidated legislation in force as well as legislation that has been in force or has been repealed since 1 May 2002. This includes laws (wetten), general administrative orders (AMvB), royal decrees (koninklijke besluiten), ministerial orders (ministeriële regeling) and other instruments. There is a basic search tab and an advanced search tab (Uitgebreid zoeken).

Modernisering Wetboek van Strafvordering

This section of the Dutch government website covers the reform of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Wetboek van Strafvordering), a major project that began in 2014. An overview of the reform process is given and a collection of documents is provided, including drafts of parts of the new code, explanatory memoranda, consultation documents and discussion papers. There is also a News page. All the information on the site is in Dutch only.

FOG Database

The Foreign Official Gazette database (FOG) is a tool for locating collections of official gazettes in major libraries and archives, tracking title changes and looking up other details about particular official gazettes; it does not contain full-text material. FOG covers about 650 titles, from all around the world, held in American libraries or at the UK’s National Archives. The database can be searched by jurisdiction and/or holding institution. FOG is provided by the Centre for Research Libraries, an international consortium founded in 1949 and based in the United States.

National Law Information Centre

The English-language version of this government website provides translations of South Korean legislation. Users can search, or browse law by subject area or by the relevant government department. A list of recently updated legislation can be found on the home page. There is also an overview of the South Korean legislative system and procedures. The Korean-language version provides Korean legislation, treaties and cases.

Council of State of Thailand

This site provides English translations of Thai legislation, prepared by the Office of the Council of State. Legislation is listed in alphabetical order and can be browsed, and the constitution and its amendments are also available. Users should note that this is not a complete list of current active legislation in Thailand. There is also an overview of the legislative process in Thailand.

Court of the Eurasian Economic Union

Website of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The EAEU is a regional economic organisation comprising the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. The role of the Court is to ensure uniform application of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, other EAEU treaties and decisions of the various EAEU bodies. Rules of procedure of the Court and the Statute of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union can be viewed in English.

Eurasian Economic Union

Website of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) a regional economic organisation that provides free movement of goods, services, capital and labour between its members. Member states of the EAEU are the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. There is information on the establishment and governance of the EAEU including a copy of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union. International treaties, acts of the various EAEU bodies, regulatory documents, a copy of the customs code and tariff details are also given.

Moroccan Chamber of Representatives

The official website for the chamber of representatives of Morocco (available in French, Arabic, Spanish and English). Includes draft laws and related documents, together with information about the progress of legislation; the Electoral Code; the Constitution; and royal speeches. Provides details of the composition of the current parliament and lists of previous members. Contains a timeline of the history of the Moroccan parliament.

Ukrainian Family Law

Website of Ukrainian Family Law, a specialist law firm based in Kiev in Ukraine. The site has a selection of free articles covering a range of topics including divorce, child support, adoption, marriage, annulment and common law marriage. There is also Ukrainian legislation relevant to family law provided on the site. This section includes the Constitution of Ukraine, the Family Code of Ukraine and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
