It covers both the continent of Africa and the African Diaspora. The IAWL maintains professional networks, carries out research and holds events. Its website provides biographical information about African women in the legal sector, including chief justices, judges at international courts and up-and-coming lawyers.
Website of the National School of the Judiciary which is responsible for providing training to members of the judiciary in the Dominican Republic. There are details of training programmes, news items and webinars which are free to view. The site also has a virtual library providing free access to legislation and decisions of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court. An online archive (1977 to 2015) of the legal journal Revista de Ciencias Juridicas is also given in full text. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.
The Judicial Training Institute (JTI) is a Ghanaian organisation providing training for judges, magistrates and judicial staff in Ghana. The JTI organises “programmes and activities to meet both the professional needs of individual members of the judiciary and the judicial service and the capacity-building needs of the judiciary and the judicial service as a whole”.

There are sections on the Judicial Studies Board which oversees training for judges and on legacy litigation and inquests arising out of the conflict in Northern Ireland. A database of full text court and tribunal decisions and directions can be browsed by type, date or judge or searched by keyword. Publications can also be viewed including sentencing guidelines, press releases and bench books.
The National Judicial Institute (NJI) of Nigeria provides continuing education and training for members of the Nigerian judiciary. Selected conference and workshop papers are available in full on the site. These cover a range of topics including environmental and sanitation laws in Nigeria, the role of the magistrate’s court in protecting the rights of the child and women and property rights under customary law in Nigeria. Copies of the NJI Law Journal, speeches and details of future events are also given.

The NJC makes recommendations to the President and state governors for senior judicial appointments and is responsible for disciplinary issues concerning judicial officers.
