Provides information about the Association and has a portal for members. Outlines the Canadian legal system for the general public and gives an overview of the role of the judge, how judges are selected and how they make decisions.

Judicial Branch of the State of New Hampshire

Official website of the New Hampshire judiciary in the United States. Has information about the courts of New Hampshire, including the Supreme Court, the Superior Court, the District Courts, the Probate Court, the Family Division and the Office of Mediation and Arbitration. Each section provides background information outlining the functions and jurisdiction of each court, details of justices, opinions (if available), court rules and forms to download. There is a section for lawyers, covering admission to the New Hampshire Bar and other professional matters.

American Judges Association

Website of the American Judges Association (AJA), an independent organisation for judges from all jurisdictions in the United States and Canada. Has information about officers and t committees and provides publications including the periodical, Court Review, a briefing about procedural fairness in drug-treatment courts, and guidance for judges dealing with domestic violence cases. There is also a collection of training webinars for judges.

Judge David Edward Oral History Project

This online oral history project, by Professor Don Smith of the Sturm College of Law, Denver University, looks at the career of Judge David Edward, a member of the Court of Justice of the European Communities from 1992 to 2004. The project website includes video interviews about his life and work, published papers, pictures and personal memories. There is background information about the project, together with biographical details and speeches. Interview transcripts can be downloaded and articles and papers written by David Edward are available from 1979 onwards.

International Judicial Monitor

International Judicial Monitor is an online journal produced by the International Judicial Academy in Washington D.C. and supported by the American Society of International Law. It focuses on international law and its primary target audience consists of those involved in judicial work, as well as other legal professionals. The publication has legal news stories, commentary, case law and book reviews. Other regular features include profiles of judges and background articles on courts and tribunals around the world.
