The journal, formerly known as the New Europe Law Review, seeks to examine the legal, political, and social changes transforming international affairs. The site offers contents listings of published issues from volume 14, 2006 onwards. Full text articles from the journal are available to subscribers to HeinOnline.

The Counter Money Laundering website is a resource for professionals in law, banking and financial services. The site includes information about money laundering with sections on the history of money laundering, who launders money and why they do it, money laundering and the euro and the funding of terrorism. The site is maintained by Silkscreen Consulting, a money laundering and fraud prevention company providing training and consultancy.

Swiss Institute of Comparative Law

The Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (Institut suisse de droit comparé, or ISDC) was established in Lausanne in 1982. Its primary task is to prepare legal opinions in respect of foreign law for the Federal authorities, courts, lawyers and other individuals. It also produces studies in comparative law, holds colloquia and carries out research projects. The Institute has an extensive law library, whose catalogue is available via the website. A set of legal links for countries from Afghanistan to Zambia is available on the Law Online page, annotated in English.

Revenue Law Journal

The Revenue Law Journal (ISSN 1034-7747) is a refereed tax journal with an international focus, established in 1989 by Bond University School of Law, Queensland, Australia. One volume is published each year. The journal is aimed at practitioners, academics and law student. Published articles examine tax matters both in Australia and other individual countries and jurisdictions. The entire series is available free on the web, in Bond University's open access e-repository; articles can be downloaded in pdf format.

Harvard International Law Journal

Website for the Harvard International Law Journal (ISSN: 0017-8063) published biannually since 1959 by students and faculty advisers at the Harvard Law School. The journal publishes articles and comments on varied topics of interest to international lawyers and scholars. The website provides full text articles from 2004 onwards along with the ILJ Digest which has legal news and events details from around the world. The site also includes information on submission of articles, subscriptions and contacts.

International Society for Military Law and the Law of War

The International Society for Military Law and the Law of War is an international non-profit association based at the Palais du Justice in Brussels. The Society was established in 1988 and draws its membership from university professors and civilian as well as military magistrates, public servants of high rank and lawyers or general or field officers located worldwide. The Society studies military law, the law of armed conflict and international humanitarian law. The website outlines the work of the Society and lists its publications, congresses and seminars.

Hague Conference on Private International Law

The Hague Conference on Private International Law is an intergovernmental organisation working for the progressive unification of the rules of private international law. It is involved in the negotiation and drafting of multilateral conventions in fields such as international judicial and administrative cooperation; conflict of laws for contracts, torts, maintenance obligations, status and protection of children, relations between spouses, wills and estates or trusts; jurisdiction and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Lex Mercatoria

A gateway to web resources for international commercial law, with some additional coverage of other areas of law and of information technology. The service is a collaborative project by the Law Faculty of the University of Tromso, Norway, the Institute of International Commercial Law at Pace University School of Law, US, and the Law Faculty of the University of Oslo, Norway. Lex Mercatoria presents links to conventions, model laws, rules, commentary and other documents available on the web.

Permanent Court of Arbitration

Official website of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, which hears disputes between States, between States and private parties and between international organisations. PCA awards and other case documentation are available on the site, together with details of pending cases. UNCLOS (UN Convention on the Law of the Sea) cases arbitrated under the auspices of the PCA are also provided. The Documents and Resources section includes the basic PCA conventions, model clauses and procedural rules, together with a collection of conventions and other instruments referring to the PCA.

Baltic and International Maritime Council

The Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) is an international association of shipping companies, based in Denmark. Its website covers the history and work of the organisation, news items and details of the Council's courses and publications. Model contract clauses are provided, together with an archive of old documents relating to bills of lading, charter parties, waybills and so on (the current versions are restricted to BIMCO members). There is also a list of arbitral bodies. Most of the remaining information on the site is reserved for members.
