These are independent judicial bodies that deal with complaints brought under various employment protection legislation. The site provides a selection of FAQs with information on applying to a tribunal and covering issues such as what the hearing involves, representation and expenses. Industrial Law Society

Website of the Industrial Law Society (ILS) an organisation founded in 1967 and concerned with all aspects of employment law. Members include lawyers, academics, personnel practitioners and trade union officials. Profiles are given of officers and committee members of the ILS and there is a diary of events. Speeches made by guest speakers at the ILS are made freely available online in HTML format and there is a link to the ILS's journal, Industrial Law Journal which is published by Oxford University Press.

National Employment Law Project

Website of the National Employment Law Project (NELP) a New York based non-profit legal and advocacy organisation working on behalf of "low-wage workers, the poor, the unemployed, and other groups that face significant barriers to employment and government systems of support". The site gives details of NELP projects and includes full-text copies of project reports and press releases. Current projects listed cover the areas of immigrant workers, nonstandard workers (temporary or part-time), unemployment insurance, welfare and the low-wage workforce and work and the family.

Decisions of the Irish Labour Court

Database of full text decisions of the Irish Labour Court (An Chuirt Oibreachais) an industrial relations tribunal which deals with disputes concerning industrial relations, minimum wage and equality issues in Ireland. Cases can be browsed by legislation or subject or searched by case number, parties or date (back to 2019). Topics include overtime, harassment, pensions and working time. The legislative type category groups cases by the type of legislation under which they have been handled including industrial relations, equality or working time legislation.

Labour Court

Website of the Irish Labour Court (An Chuirt Oibreachais) which acts as a court of last resort in the resolution of industrial relations disputes and hears appeals concerning employment rights cases where parties are dissatisfied with the Workplace Relations Commission's decision. This covers issues such as pay, equality and working time. The site has a guide to the work of the Court and provides its decisions, as well as court forms and procedural guidelines. The relevant legislation and annual reports are also available.
