Tribunal Constitucional Portugal

Official website of the Portuguese Constitutional Court. The site has background information on the organisation and functioning of the Court and profiles of the judges. There are laws relating to the Constitutional Court, electoral issues and political parties in Portugal and a copy of the Constitution. Full text decisions of the Constitutional Court are given in Portugese with summaries provided in English. The site can be viewed in Portuguese and English versions.

Constitutional Court of Republic of Albania

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Albania. The site provides background and historical information, profiles of members and an organisation chart. The relevant sections of the Constitution and other laws relating to the establishment, role and authority of the Court are also available. Judgments of the Constitutional Court can only be viewed in Albanian. Links are given to other Albanian governmental sites and other constitutional courts. The site is in English and Albanian.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria

Official website of the Bulgarian Constitutional Court described on the site as being a "politically independent body which ensures the supremacy of the Constitution". There is historical and background information on the Court covering its composition, competencies and how a case can be taken to the Constitutional Court. There are profiles of the judges and a full-text copy of the Constitution. Summaries of decisions are given from 1994 onwards. A page of links to other Constitutional Courts is also given. The site can be viewed in English as well as Bulgarian.

Constitution of Grenada

Electronic version of the Grenada Constitution of 1973 made freely available on the Political Database of the Americas at Georgetown University in the United States. The Constitution is provided in full-text and has sections covering fundamental rights and freedoms, the role of the Governor-General, parliament and the executive. There are also chapters dealing with finance, public services, citizenship and the judiciary.

Lietuvos Respublikos Seimas

This is the official Website of the Lithuanian Parliament. The English language version of the site provides access to information about the structure, function, history and recent activities of the parliament. It includes information on parliamentary committees and commissions, lists of current MPs, recent election results and details of the operation of the legislature. There are details of the Seimas activities relating to the European Union. Also accessible is the full-text of the Constitution and a database of Lithuanian and EU laws.

Supreme Court of Georgia

The official website of the Supreme Court of Georgia, containing news, lists of the members of the court, information about the court system and the budget. Under Court Decisions are links to criminal, civil and administrative cases, and the decisions of the Grand Chamber. These are only available in Georgian, as are the recommendation pages under the heading Uniform Court Practice.

Chancellor of Justice of the Republic of Estonia

Official Website of the Estonian Chancellor of Justice whose role is to guarantee the constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals and to ensure legislation conforms with the Constitution of Estonia. The site explains the work of the Legal Chancellor and includes a PDF copy of the Annual Report of the Legal Chancellor which provides a more in-depth look at work and activities undertaken. The site has a search engine and can be viewed in Estonian, English and Russian.

Official website of the Djibouti government. The site has background information about Djibouti including the history, geography, politics and economy of the country. There is an outline of the system of government, details of government members and information on the role of institutions such as the National Assembly and the Constitutional Council. Minutes of meetings of the Council of Ministers are given along with a profile of the President and text of his speeches.
