Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Armenia. The site includes the full text of the Armenian Constitution and the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Constitutional Court. There is a list of Court members and references are given to decisions from 1996 onwards. A few decisions can be viewed in full. There is an e-library of legal materials, including reports, articles and documents, provided on the site in Russian, Armenian and French. A small number of documents can be viewed in English. The site can be viewed in Russian, English and Armenian.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia

Official website of the Macedonian Constitutional Court (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). The site provides background and historical information about the Court and an outline of its composition and competencies. A full-text copy of the Constitution is also available online along with the rules of procedure and profiles of the judges. A selection of the most important decisions are provided on the site. The site can be viewed in English or Macedonian.

Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan

Official website of the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan, the body with responsibility for ensuring supremacy and control of the Constitution in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The site gives background and historical information on the establishment and functions of the Constitutional Council. Decisions of the Council are available in English. An English translation of the Constitution of Kazakhstan is provided, together with translations of laws and regulations. The site can be viewed in Kazakh, Russian or English.

Tribunal Constitucional Portugal

Official website of the Portuguese Constitutional Court. The site has background information on the organisation and functioning of the Court and profiles of the judges. There are laws relating to the Constitutional Court, electoral issues and political parties in Portugal and a copy of the Constitution. Full text decisions of the Constitutional Court are given in Portugese with summaries provided in English. The site can be viewed in Portuguese and English versions.

Constitutional Court of Republic of Albania

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Albania. The site provides background and historical information, profiles of members and an organisation chart. The relevant sections of the Constitution and other laws relating to the establishment, role and authority of the Court are also available. Judgments of the Constitutional Court can only be viewed in Albanian. Links are given to other Albanian governmental sites and other constitutional courts. The site is in English and Albanian.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria

Official website of the Bulgarian Constitutional Court described on the site as being a "politically independent body which ensures the supremacy of the Constitution". There is historical and background information on the Court covering its composition, competencies and how a case can be taken to the Constitutional Court. There are profiles of the judges and a full-text copy of the Constitution. Summaries of decisions are given from 1994 onwards. A page of links to other Constitutional Courts is also given. The site can be viewed in English as well as Bulgarian.

Constitution of Grenada

Electronic version of the Grenada Constitution of 1973 made freely available on the Political Database of the Americas at Georgetown University in the United States. The Constitution is provided in full-text and has sections covering fundamental rights and freedoms, the role of the Governor-General, parliament and the executive. There are also chapters dealing with finance, public services, citizenship and the judiciary.
