Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia

Website of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. The site gives information on the structure and role of the Assembly and a history of the Assembly building. There is also an outline of the legislative procedure, profiles of members and details of the various standing working bodies who consider laws to be adopted by the Assembly. The Constitution and the rules and procedures of the Assembly are available in full text in English. The site also includes speeches of the President of Macedonia and details of delegations.

Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The site has background information about the court, its jurisdiction and role under the Constitution along with court rules. The Constitution itself can be viewed on the site in HTML. Decisions of the court are available online back to 1997 in a range of formats. News and press releases are provided along with a selection of FAQs on making an appeal to the court. The site can be viewed in English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.

National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia

Official Website of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. The site provides information about the Assembly's activities including minutes of Assembly meetings and those of various committees. A full-text copy of the Constitution can be viewed in a range of formats along with a copy of the Rules of Procedure which covers the role of the President, the relationship between the National Assembly and other bodies such as the government and the Constitutional Court and the procedure for adopting laws. There is also a history of the National Assembly.

Constitution of the Maldives

This section of the President of the Republic of the Maldives website provides a functional translation into English of the 2008 Constitution made freely available online in PDF. The document covers the powers of the state, the fundamental rights and duties of citizens, the role of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, the legislature -the People's Majlis and the People's Special Majlis and the administration of local regions (Atolls).

The Constitution and selected, codes, laws and treaties of Sénégal, as published on the official Government website. The laws and interface are presented in French, which is the official language of the Republic of Sénégal. There are codes covering a number of areas including telecommunications, environment, investment and forestry. A copy of the Constitution and other laws and regulations are also presented. Official website of the Albanian Council of Ministers, the executive body made up of the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister and 18 ministers. The site provides biographical information about the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, background information about Albania and a full text copy of the Albanian Constitution. There are news items detailing the activities of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers.

Constitutional Court of South Africa

Official website of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. It provides information on the history of the Court and the Constitution, together with the text of the Constitution itself in English and the other official languages of South Africa. There is a database of Constitutional Court judgments, orders, heads of argument, pleadings and other documents.The site also has information on human rights in South Africa, including a copy of the Bill of Rights. The library section of the site includes an online catalogue and links to other South African and international legal sites.

Consell General Principat d'Andorra

Website of the Consell General Principat d'Andorra- the Andorran Parliament. The site explains the structure and the role of the Council General and gives the names of the members of various Council General bodies. There is a full-text copy of the Andorran Constitution available in English and a link to the Official Journal of the Principality of Andorra. Written and oral questions can be viewed on the site along with laws passed from 1993 onwards. Although parts of the site can be viewed in English, French and Spanish most of the site is available in Catalan only.

The Constitution deals with the sovereignty of Andorra, rights and freedoms and the legislative procedure. It also sets out the role of the state bodies including the Coprinceps (the President of France and the Bishop of Urgell in Spain), the Consell General, the Executive Council (Govern),the Constitutional Tribunal, local government and the judiciary.

Government of the Slovak Republic

Website of the Slovak Government Office, the body which deals with state administration. The site provides background on the organisation and structure of the Slovak Government and basic facts about the Slovak Republic. Profiles are given of the Prime Minister and members of the Government. Copies of key Government documents can be viewed in full-text on the site including the Constitution and the Government's manifesto. Links are given to the websites of the various government departments and other governmental institutions. The site can be viewed in English and Slovakian.
