Competition Law Scholars Forum

The Competition Law Scholars Forum (CLaSF) was established in 2002 with the aim of promoting scholarship in the field of competition law. The website includes information about the aims and objectives of CLaSF and membership details. There is information about workshops organised by ClaSF and other events relevant to competition law. The site also has contact details for forum members and a copy of the constitution. A series of working papers can be downloaded from the site.

European Constitutional Law Network

The European Constitutional Law Network (ECLN) was set up by Professor Ingolf Pernice of the Walter Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law, Berlin. It is an academic forum on European constitutional law. The website has links to constitutions of EU member states and future member states. Countries are listed alphabetically, with each constitution presented in English and in the original language; some texts are also in French, German, Spanish and/or Italian.

Eipascope

Journal published by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), covering all aspects of European Union administration. Previously on the EIPA website, the journal is now available from 1992 to 2012 from the Archive of European Integration, an online service run by the University of Pittsburgh in the United States. Each article is provided in pdf format.

European Council Summits since 1985

Online collection of Presidency Conclusions issued after meetings of the European Council, made available on the European Parliament's website. The Conclusions are provided here from 1985 to 2006 only on this page (see Council of the European Union website for more recent ones), taken from the Bulletin of the European Parliament. Where available, annexes and speeches of the President of the European Parliament are also included.

European Union Law: An Integrated Guide to Electronic and Print Research

Online guide to researching European Union (EU) law, written by Marylin J. Raisch, Librarian for International and Foreign Law at the John Wolff International and Comparative Law Library of the Georgetown Law Center. This updated version of the article was published in the features section of LLRX.com in May 2007. The introduction gives an overview of the structure of the EU and the author goes on to cover the treaties of Rome, Maastricht, Amsterdam and Nice and the constitutional treaty.

Marketinglaw

Website of Marketinglaw an online resource for advertising and marketing law provided by European law firm Osborne Clarke. The site has a database of resources including FAQs, checklists and precedent documents and links to other related sites on advertising and marketing law topics. An archive of monthly updates provides access to hot topics and legal news and developments dealing with advertising and marketing issues such as brands, consumer protection, privacy and regulation. Parts of the site can only be accessed if you register.

Collegium

Full-text journal of the College of the Europe, featuring articles (Some English, some French) based on proceedings of the annual Colloquium in co-operation with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Brussels. No journal contents prior to 2000. Mainly concerns humanitarian issues such as the Law of War or International Human Rights Law.

Conference of European Constitutional Courts

Website of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts an association established in 1972 to promote the exchange of ideas among European constitutional courts and other organisations with constitutional jurisdiction. The Conference holds a regular three-yearly Congress along with other specialised conferences "with a view to sharing experience as regards constitutional practice jurisprudence in a general European context".
