The Library is a free online multimedia resource of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs. The Historic Archives collection focuses on key legal instruments covering a wide range of international law topics including criminal law, disarmament, environmental law, human rights, international economic law, law of outer space and the law of the sea.

Website of the Lecture Series section of the United Nations Audiovisual Library of International Law. The Library is a free online multimedia resource of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs. The Lecture Series is a collection of video lectures given by given by leading international law scholars and practitioners. The lectures are arranged by subject including human rights, cultural heritage, development, international organisations, peace and security, courts and tribunals and the Arctic. A selection of related documents and profiles of the lecturers are also given on the site.

Research guide to the legal system of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh

Online guide to the legal system and legal materials of Bangladesh written by Omar Sial who is a partner at law firm  Omar Sial & Associates and published in 2008 on the Globalex website. The guide was updated by  Mohammad Ershadul Karimand, Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Malaya, in 2023. The guide presents background information on Bangladesh and an outline of the governmental and court systems.

Guide to India's legal research and legal system

Online guide to legal research in India written by Dr. R.K. Shrivastava who is Chief Librarian at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi. The guide was published in 2008 (and updated in 2014) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The introduction provides historical information about Indiaãs legal system and the guide goes on to present sections dealing with the Constitution, Supreme Court, the Judiciary, legal profession and legal education.

Open Access Law Program

The Open Access Law Program is an initiative of Science Commons a publishing project promoting "free access to scholarly literature without undue copyright and licensing restrictions". The site provides access to a range of principles and agreements that authors and publishers can adopt. These include the Open Access Law Journal Principles, the Open Access Law Author Pledge and the Open Access Model Publishing Agreement.

Yearbook of the United Nations

The Yearbook of the United Nations records the work of the United Nations, covering all areas of its responsibility. Each Yearbook lists all major General Assembly, Security Council and Economic and Social Council resolutions. It also contains information on major UN decisions, lists of key personnel and appointments, details of budgets and key UN reforms. The website provides all volumes, 1946-2006. A single volume can be selected from a drop-down menu. There is also a search facility which can search either the entire series or shorter date-ranges.

A guide to the Liberian legal system and legal research

Guide to the law and legal materials of Liberia, by Hanatu Kabbah, Director of the Centre for Human Rights and Development (CHRD) in Sierra Leone .Last updated in 2023, it is available on New York University's Globalex website. The author provides an introduction and historical background, then covers governmental, legal and court systems and provides information about the Constitution, legislation, treaties, customary law and legal education. A number of links to Liberian legal materials are also provided.

The guide was published in 2008 (and updated in 2018) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School at the New York University School of Law.

World Society of Mixed Jurisdiction Jurists

Website of the World Society of Mixed Jurisdiction Jurists (WSMJJ) an organisation made up of law faculties, individuals and international organisations whose aim is to study jurisdictions with mixed legal systems (including both civil law and common law traditions) around the world. These include South Africa, Scotland, Israel, Quebec, the Philippines and Puerto Rico. The site gives contact details for officers and members, information on conferences and events held by the Society and publications produced by WSMJJ.
