Website of the European Young Bar Association (EYBA) an organisation whose purpose is to "encourage links between and to promote the interests and welfare of young lawyers throughout geographical Europe". The EYBA membership includes various young lawyers groups around Europe. There is information about the Association and contact details of committee members. The current issue of EYBA's journal, Eurolawyer is made freely available online in PDF. Parts of the site are restricted to members only.

Commonwealth Association of Law Reform Agencies

Website of the Commonwealth Association of Law Reform Agencies (CALRAs) an organisation set up in 2005 to encourage international cooperation in law reform. The site has background and historical information about CALRAs, details of its aims and objectives and a copy of the organisation's founding constitution. Information about CALRAs' inaugural conference is also provided online along with details of the Executive Committee and membership information.

Bar Association for Local Government and the Public Service

Website of the Bar Association for Local Government and the Public Service (BALGPS) a membership organisation for barristers employed in local government and the public sector. The site has information about the Association including details of the Executive Committee and BALGPS newsletters which are produced on an occasional basis. There is advice on the work available for barristers looking for a career in local government and articles and briefing notes written by the Chairman of BALGPS. Secret Intelligence Service

This is the official website of MI6, the secret intelligence service of the UK. It provides information on the history, purpose and activities of the SIS. This includes access to full text legislation and the Parliamentary, Ministerial, judicial and financial oversight governing the department. There is information on SIS's archive and records policy, details of careers and a glossary of terms.

Investigatory Powers Tribunal

Investigatory Powers Tribunal conducts investigations into complaints made by members of the British government under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act. This includes surveillance, telephone tapping and interception of communications (bugging) by the Intelligence Services MI5, the Secret Intelligence Service (sometimes called MI6) and GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters). The website provides information on the purpose, statutory powers and activities of the Tribunal.

Planning and Environment Bar Association

Website of the Planning and Environment Bar Association (PEBA) whose members are barristers specialising in "planning, environment, compulsory purchase, highways, housing, rating and other aspects of local government and administrative law". The site gives information on the work of PEBA and includes a full-text (PDF) copy of the PEBA Handbook. Details of pro bono work carried out by PEBA members is also provided. Commonwealth and International Human Rights Case Law Databases

These two databases are compiled by INTERIGHTS, the International Centre for the Legal Protection of Human Rights, and made freely available on their website. One covers human rights decisions in the courts of Commonwealth countries and the other covers the decisions of international courts and tribunals. The databases can be searched separately or together. There is a summary of each case and some judgments are available in full.

Commonwealth Magistrates' and Judges' Association

Web pages of the Commonwealth Magistrates' and Judges' Association (CMJA) an international association which brings together judicial officers from Commonwealth countries. The site gives information about the CMJA's activities including future events and publications. There is information about the CMJA's judicial education programme and the work of the Gender Section. Oil, Gas and Energy Law (OGEL) is a subscription service aimed at the energy industry and legal practitioners. OGEL aims to provide a global overview together with critical analyses of the issues and developments surrounding regulation in the oil-gas-energy field.
