A resource site and Internet gateway service giving access in particular to Norwegian primary and secondary legal materials on the Internet as well as providing comprehensive link collections covering other Nordic countries (including Denmark, Finland, Greenland, Iceland and Sweden, other jurisdictions round the world and international and European law in general.) The service has been developed as a joint project by the Law faculties at the Universities of Oslo, Bergen and Tromso in Norway.

The website includes the HUDOC database of ECtHR cases, European Commission of Human Rights decisions and reports and resolutions of the Committee of Ministers. The site also provides details of pending cases; the text of the European Convention on Human Rights and its protocols; and the rules of the Court together with information about its composition, organisation and historical background.
HUDOC is a free database of European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) cases, decisions and reports of the European Commission of Human Rights, and resolutions of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. It is part of the ECHR web portal. Users may search by case name, respondent, application number, Convention article, keyword, conclusion, date range and other criteria. Documents are HTML, PDF or Word format. The interface is available in English, French, Russian, Spanish or Turkish; the documents are mostly in English and/or French.
Website for METRO, Maastricht University's Institute for Transnational Legal Research. Information is provided on the work and aims of the Institute with outlines of its interdisciplinary research programmes, covering matters such as human rights, women and law, constitutional law, and the legal aspects of business and enterprise. METRO specialises in transnational research dealing with issues of European and international integration and identifying common ground amongst the legal systems of European Union member states.
