Website of the Namibia Legal Information Institute (NamibLII), a project of the Law Reform and Development Commission (LRDC) managed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Namibia. The site provides free access to Supreme Court judgements and selected High Court judgements from 1990 onwards. These can be searched or browsed by date or name. Consolidated legislation is also given along with LRDC papers. NamibLII is a member of the Free Access to Law Movement (FALM), an international voluntary association of legal information institutes committed to providing free access to law.
