Official website for the Alberta Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court. The site provides a database of judgments of the Court of Appeal and Provincial Court from 1998 onwards, and most judgments are available within 48 hours of issue. Judgments can be viewed in full-text in PDF format online. A free-text search engine is included. The site also gives court descriptions, notices, hearing lists, court calendars, practice directions and publications. Subscription services are available to provide RSS feeds of new material added. A Relevant Links tab gives access to Alberta Statutes and Regulations, the Supreme and Federal Courts of Canada and other court sites for the Provinces.
