A BAILII database of full-text decisions of the Irish Competition Authority (established on 1st October 1991 under the Competition Act 1991). Decisions are available from 1992 to 2001 and can be browsed alphabetically or by date. They can also be searched using the site's search engine. The British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) is a collaborative service aiming to provide public access to primary legal materials for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. More recent decisions are available from the Irish Competition Authority website which is also described on Intute.
