Digitised early volumes of the US Statutes at Large, the official source for the laws and resolutions passed by Congress, covering the period 1789 to 1950/51. All public and private laws enacted by Congress appear in Statutes at Large, the order they were passed, as well as amendments to the Constitution and Presidential Proclamations. Prior to 1948, treaties and international agreements approved by the Senate were also included in the series.
