The International Association of Law Libraries (IALL) is a worldwide organisation of librarians, libraries and other persons and institutions concerned with the acquisition and use of legal information emanating from sources other than their own jurisdictions. The IALL's basic purpose is to facilitate the work of librarians who handle foreign and international legal resources. IALL was founded in 1959 and its members represent all types of libraries with legal collections, from academic law libraries to corporate libraries and from national and parliamentary libraries to administrative agency libraries. The website contains contact details of IALL officers and directors. Articles on the history and work of the Association are available to download in PDF format. Information is also provided on IALL publications including the Association's journal (International Journal of Legal Information) and recent and forthcoming study conferences.
