European Constitutional Law Network

Alternative title
ECLN
Description:

The European Constitutional Law Network (ECLN) was set up by Professor Ingolf Pernice of the Walter Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law, Berlin. It is an academic forum on European constitutional law. The website has links to constitutions of EU member states and future member states. Countries are listed alphabetically, with each constitution presented in English and in the original language; some texts are also in French, German, Spanish and/or Italian. There are links to each country's constitutional court and for some countries selected decisions on constitutional law are also available. A section devoted to EU constitutional matters gives links to the 2007 Reform Treaty, the Treaty Establishing a Constitution for Europe and related documents, including expert commentary. Teaching materials are provided in French and German. ECLN conference papers are available from 2001 onwards, in English.
