It investigates cartel agreements, abuses of dominant position and low price fixing, as reported to it by government, firms, local authorities, trade associations or other organisations. The Commercial Code and laws relevant to the Competition Council are included on the site. Full texts of annual reports are available from 1997 onwards, and recent press releases are included. Full texts of the Council's decisions and opinions (from 1991) are presented as a database, which can be searched by keyword, document number, date and type of report.
