The Human Rights Consortium has been created by the School of Advanced Study at the University of London. The aim of the Consortium is to facilitate, promote and disseminate academic and policy work on Human Rights÷ by hosting conferences and establishing a network of Human Rights researchers, policy-makers and practitioners.

The Arctic Circle site has information on three interrelated themes: natural resources; history and culture; social equity and environmental justice. Material includes studies of the impact of natural resource development, ethnographic portraits of indigenous peoples and their culture, and information on land claims and self-determination. Also includes links to other sites related to the Circumpolar North. The virtual classroom section includes case studies under each of the three main themes. NB. It works in over 150 countries worldwide and work for progress towards the Millennium Development Goals, seek to enhance the empowerment of women and publish the annual Human Development report. Their website provides press releases, documents, speeches and statements and publications of the United Nations Development Programme.
The National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) was established in 1972 and is hosted by the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice. The NCJRS is an international criminal justice information network supporting policymakers and criminal justice professionals. The site provides information about Office of Justice Programs' services, publications and products, including direct access to the NCJRS bulletin board and to reports, policy documents, articles, abstracts and FAQs.
The French Cour des Comptes (Court of Accounts) has jurisdiction over France's public finances. It conducts mandatory audits of the accounts of public bodies such as government departments and ministries and agencies, social security bodies, and non-departmental public bodies. The Court also has discretion to exercise jurisdiction over charities, organisations which receive funds from the EU, and private-sector companies with close links to the public sector.
