The Penn State Law Review (formerly Dickinson Law Review) is edited by students at the Dickinson Law School in Pennsylvania State University, drawing contributions from legal academics and professional lawyers from around the world. The journal publishes articles on international legal issues and transnational matters, with some coverage of legal developments in individual foreign jurisdictions. Journal articles can be freely downloaded from the website.

Chamber of Arbitration of Milan

Website of the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan providing commercial dispute resolution services. The site carries information about the Chamber's objectives, composition and services. Italian arbitration laws and the Chamber's mediation and arbitration rules are available to download. Practical information on arbitration and mediation is also given including forms, costs and model arbitration clauses and agreements. The site is freely accessible in HTML and available in English and Italian language versions.

Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration

Non-profit organisation providing services to resolve and prevent regional and international trade and investment disputes, with a particular emphasis on the economic development of African and Asian countries. The site carries information about CRCICA history, objectives and services, alongside an explanation of the rules governing the composition of its panel of arbitrators and experts. The site also provides news, details of events, publications and the contents lists of the Journal of Arab Arbitration.

Chicago International Dispute Resolution Association

Website of the Chicago International Dispute Resolution Association (CIDRA), a non profit organisation established in 1997. The site provides information about CIDRA's objectives, services and training courses, accompanied by profiles of CIDRA approved arbitrators and mediators. The site publishes the text of the rules governing CIDRA's administration of arbitrations and mediations, articles and model clauses.

September 11th sourcebooks

A digital library of documents relating to the September 11 terrorist attacks, created and maintained by the National Security Archive, George Washington University. Their main strength is is publishing declassified security documents from the American government. These include the complete air-ground transcripts of the hijacked 9/11 flight recordings as well as numerous White House memos and briefings relating to the 'war against terrorism'. Material is being continuously added to the site.

International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution

Website of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), a US based organisation founded to advocate the use of alternative dispute resolution in mainstream law firm practice. The organisation's membership consists of global corporations, law firms, legal academics and related public institutions and it is responsible for an ongoing programme of research, development and education to promote ADR. The site provides further information about the history, mission and membership of the Institute, alongside news of current activities and contact details.

WTO Dispute Settlement

Section of the World Trade Organization (WTO) website covering its role in international dispute settlement and its procedures for resolving trade disputes. The WTO was created in 1995 (successor to GATT) to negotiate and enforce global rules of trade. It links to official documents on the WTO's Documents Online database, and to key dispute settlement materials such as the Rules of Conduct for the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes, the Working Procedures for the Appellate Review, and WTO Panel and Appellate Body Reports.

Commercial arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution methods

Collection of national laws and other information relating to commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, on the website of the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA). The collection covers countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. It includes the texts of national laws and guidelines. For some countries, a document called "Responses to Arbitration Questionnaire" is available, giving an overview of the arbitration law for that country and saying to which relevant conventions it is a party.
