Full text judgments in cases heard by the UK Privy Council, made freely available on BAILII, the British and Irish Legal Information Institute website. The Privy Council is the court of final appeal for those Commonwealth countries which have retained the appeal to Her Majesty in Council, or, in the case of Republics, to the Judicial Committee. It is also the final court of appeal for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and UK overseas territories, and has the function of being the court of final appeal for determining "devolution issues" in the UK. Decisions for 1996 onwards to date and selected historical decisions are provided, browsable by title or date, or searchable by keyword.
