The site gives details of NELP projects and includes full-text copies of project reports and press releases. Current projects listed cover the areas of immigrant workers, nonstandard workers (temporary or part-time), unemployment insurance, welfare and the low-wage workforce and work and the family. All project publications are made freely available on the site. NELP's litigation work involves bringing cases on behalf of low-wage and immigrant workers and a number of these cases have also been made available online.
