The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is the official parliament of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The website gives information on legislative proceedings and documents, legislation, members of the Legislative Assembly, the Legislative Library and other information for the public. Bills, Hansard (Debates), Reports of Legislative Committees and other related documents from 1992 onwards are also provided. Transcripts of these materials can be searched by keywords and date, and progress of current Bills followed. The legislation section includes the Revised Statutes of British Columbia 1996 (RSBC 1996), which have been consolidated and updated. Most files on the site are in HTML format.
