Online guide to the Peruvian legal system written by Sergio Endress Gómez who is a tax lawyer and Professor of Taxation and Trial Taxation at the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile and Milagros Bustillos Pinto who is a partner at Peruvian law firm Hernández & Cía. Abogados. The guide was published in 2006, and updated in 2014, on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The guide gives an introduction to Peru and its governmental system outlining the powers and functions of the President, Congress, Constitutional Court and the judicial system.
