GRECO

GRECO is the Group of States Against Corruption, a body set up in 1999 by the Council of Europe to monitor the development, implementation and enforcement of anti-corruption legislation in its member states. The site publishes GRECO's Statute, Rules of Procedure and resolutions, as well as its activity reports and other documents. Information is provided about GRECO's history, structure, member states and current programmes. The site is available in English or French.

Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section

Website maintained by the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) of the United States Department of Justice. This freely accessible site aims to be a clearinghouse for legal information relating to computer crime and intellectual property crime. The site provides information on cyber-crime, news updates highlighting recent additions to the site and links to recent documents. There are sections focusing on computer crime, intellectual property and electronic evidence.

Europol

Europol is the EU's law enforcement agency, originally founded by the Europol Convention of 1995 but now governed by the Europol Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/794). Europol facilitates the exchange of intelligence in order to prevent terrorism, drug trafficking and other serious international criminal activities. The Europol website describes the work of the agency and provides Europol publications, including the EU Terrorism Situation & Trend Report, the Serious and Organised Crime Threat Assessment and the Internet and Organised Crime Threat Assessment.

Parliament of Uganda

This is the official website of the Parliament of Uganda. It provides information on the structure, function and current activities of the parliament. This includes a listing of current MPs, committees and constituencies, news releases and information on legislative activities concerning acts and bills passing through the house. There is also some access to recent issues of Hansard, parliamentary debates.

Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia

This is the official website of the parliament of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). It provides information on the history, structure of the Congress and its current activities. It includes a listing of current members of parliament, the full-text of recent press releases and the national and state constitutions of the region. Also accessible is information on recent laws and legislative activity in parliament.

International Law Commission

Website of the International Law Commission (ILC), which was created in 1947 by the UN to assist in the development, promotion and codification of international law. Documentation arising from annual sessions of the ILC is available on the site back to 1949. A research guide is provided, which gives access to individual texts, instruments and reports adopted by the ILC. The annual reports and yearbooks of the International Law Commission are available from 1949 onwards.

Website of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal, available in Polish and English versions. The site of the provides judgments and cases lists, together with the text of the Polish Constitution and the Constitutional Tribunal Act. In addition, it provides information about the history of the Constitutional Tribunal, its organisation, its role, and its position in the system of government.

Private International Law

Free online resources for private international law (PIL), collated by the Office of the Assistant Legal Adviser for Private International Law at the US Department of State. The database is split into 4 subject sections: Trade and Business Transactions Law; Family Law; International Judicial Assistance; and the law governing Wills, Trusts and Estates. Each of these sections includes a selection of primary documents under the following headings: PIL Conventions to Which the U.S. Is a Party; PIL Conventions -- U.S.
