Brazil Federal Supreme Court

Official website of the Federal Supreme Court of Brazil. The site has a judgments database and provides background and historical information about the Court. It also has a selection of case summaries made in English, Spanish and French. Links are given to Brazilian legislation, including the Constitution. The site is in Portuguese and Spanish; it also has a limited English interface.

Inter-American Cooperation Portal on Cyber-Crime

The Inter-American Cooperation Portal on Cyber-Crime is the website of the Group of Governmental Experts on Cyber Crime established by the Department of Legal Cooperation at the Organization of American States (OAS). The purpose of the group is to look at the issues surrounding cyber crime in OAS member countries, including national legislation, policies and practices, and identify ways of cooperating within the Inter-American system to combat these crimes.

Lands Tribunal for Scotland

Official website of the Lands Tribunal for Scotland an independent civil court dealing with disputes involving land or property such as valuations for rating on non-domestic premises, tenantsã rights to purchase their public sector houses, disputes relating to compensation for compulsory purchase of land and appeals against the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland. The site provides historical and background information on the Tribunal, its functions and the work of its staff. Links are given to related legislation and there is guidance for users of the Tribunal.

Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland

Official website of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland a court whose role is to settle disputes relating to land and buildings. The Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland was established by the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (NI) 1964 and deals with appeals concerning the valuation of land for rate relief purposes, compensation for the compulsory acquisition of land, renewal of business tenancies and consent for alterations to land.

Luxembourg Ministère de la Justice

Official website of the Luxembourg Ministry of Justice. The site provides a profile of the Justice Minister and information on the organisation and functions of the Ministry. These include civil law issues, criminal law including prisons, company law and company registration. A section of the site aimed at citizens includes advice on compensation for victims of crimes, legal aid, review of criminal trials and nationality issues. There is information on the Luxembourg courts and Constitutional Court judgements are provided.

ICC Legal Tools

ICC Legal Tools is an online resource providing information and commentary about international criminal law. Developed by the Legal Advisory Section (LAS) of the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC), it is designed for all those dealing with international war crimes cases. The database contains legal documents and decisions of the ICC; key international treaties; and selected decisions of other international criminal courts and tribunals; scholarly commentary; official statements and speeches; and other material.

Cayman Islands Judicial and Legal Services Commission

Website of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission (JLSC), set up under the 2009 Constitution to advise the Governor of the Cayman Islands on judicial appointments and appointment of the Attorney General, the Director of Public Prosecutions, magistrates and other legal public officers. The site reproduces the sections of the Cayman Constitution that apply to the JLSC and provides the Code of Conduct of the Cayman Islands judiciary, reports and other material.

Takeovers Panel

Official website of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel, the body responsible for enforcing the Takeovers Code and keeping the law on takeovers under review. The Panel was established by the Takeovers Act 1993. The website provides information about the Takeovers Code; the Transactions page has decisions and exemption notices issued by the Panel since 2001; guidance, consultation documents and other material is also available.

Guernsey Legal Resources

The Guernsey Legal Resources website is a joint initiative of the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Law Officers of the Crown. The site a range of materials, including laws of Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and the Bailiwick of Guernsey (the latter consists of the three jurisdictions of Guernsey, Alderney and Sark) and ordinances for Guernsey and Sark. The Guernsey Law Reports 2003 to 2012 are available, with indexes by case (reported and cited), subject and legislation cited.
