The UK Copyright Service (UKCS) is a global intellectual property registration service based in the UK. The site has an online copyright registration facility. It also provides information on copyright registration, UK copyright law and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, and factsheets on topics such as copyright notices, music copyright and copyright in scientific papers.

The Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) is a not-for-profit company that provides blanket copyright licences for organisations wishing to make copies from books and journals and passes the money on to the rights owners. The site provides guidance on different types of copyright, the implications of generative AI, works excluded from CLA licences and other topics.

Divorcenet

Divorcenet provides free online articles and legal information about divorce in the United States: legislation, judicial opinions, articles and directories of lawyers, arranged by state. It also offers an online divorce facility and a divorce tool-kit. Other topics covered on the site include mediation, insurance, bankruptcy and military divorce. Divorcenet is part of Nolo.com, which developed from a legal self-help publishing project started by two legal aid lawyers in 1971. Nolo is a subsidary of MH Sub I, LLC.

World Trade Law

WorldTradeLaw.net is a US-based information service produced by former international trade lawyers Simon Lester and Kara Leitner, providing both free and subscription resources. Free aspects of the site include full-text World Trade Organization (WTO) and GATT documents, such as WTO Appellate Body Reports, WTO Panel Reports and GATT Panel Reports, along with agreements of the Uruguay Round and Tokyo Round. Documents concerning WTO negotiating history are also available. The subscription-based content contains commentary on WTO Panel and Appellate Body reports.

Help with Boundary Problems

Website maintained by British chartered surveyor Jon Maynard FRICS, who specialises in boundary disputes between property owners. Provides free guidance on the law relating to boundaries, rights of way and problems with neighbours. Advice given on the site includes suggestions on where you can go for help with solving boundary disputes, what the costs are likely to be, and how to avoid problems arising in the first place. The site includes a news section, a glossary of terms and links to other websites.
