This website from the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office provides information on Belgian federal science policy, including overviews of current research programmes, details of international and bilateral co-operation and coordination in the field and upcoming conferences and symposia. Air and space policy and law is covered in some detail. The site gives an overview of Belgian space law and provides links to the English text of the Law on the Activities of Launching, Flight Operation or Guidance of Space Objects (2005) and also of the Royal Implementing Decree (2008).

The portal also provides a search engine that searches across all official Belgian websites. There is a news section that brings together the latest news from all the public authorities.
Researching the Legal System of Kingdom of Nepal
Online guide to the legal system of the Kingdom of Nepal by Md. Ershadul Karim and Sirjana Sharma Pokhrel. The guide was published in 2012 (and updated in 2023) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. There is background and historical information on Nepal and the development of its legal system. The authors provide an outline of the law making process with descriptive links to online sources including relevant websites of government ministries and departments.
Congress.gov
Congress.gov is the official website for United States federal legislative information, launched in September 2012. The service includes bill texts, summary and status information with a timeline feature. The Congressional Record is available from 1989/90 (101st Congress) onwards. There are also member profiles showing legislation sponsored and co-sponsored.
Public Committee Against Torture in Israel
The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel was founded in 1990 to oppose the use of torture and ill-treatment by the Israeli interrogation and law enforcement authorities. The website is available in English and Arabic. It includes press releases and reports on the use of torture by Israeli authorities and the flaws in the judicial processes involved in addressing complaints of torture. It also features English translations of petitions presented to the Israeli authorities.
Palestinian Centre for Human Rights
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights was founded by Palestinian lawyers and human rights activists in 1995. It aims to promote the causes of human rights, the rule of law, democratic institutions and Palestinian independence. The Centre’s website can be read in English or in Arabic and features press releases, reports, position papers, and statistics. This material focuses on human rights violations and the weakening of democratic institutions by Israeli Occupation Forces and also by Hamas and Fatah.
Palestinian Basic Law
This unaffiliated website was created by Norwegian journalists Erik Bolstad and Tonje Merete Viken in February 2008. The site provides English translations of past and present versions of the Basic Law and drafts that were not passed. It also links to English translations of the Elections law and Presidential decrees as well as expert opinions on issues surrounding Palestinian elections.
Lebanese Ministry of Justice
This is the official website of the Lebanese Ministry of Justice. Versions are available in English, French and Arabic. The site’s stated aim is to provide a simplified explanation of Lebanon’s legal system for Lebanese citizens and foreigners. It provides a detailed description of the organisation of the Ministry itself, the organisation of the Courts, the legal process, and the rules governing law officers. It also describes the Ministry’s modernising projects.
European Council on Refugees and Exiles
The European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) is an alliance of European NGOs which help refugees. Its website describes the work of the ECRE, including training courses that it runs, and lists its member organisations. An overview of the situation for refugees in the EU is also provided. The Topics pages have ECRE policy papers, articles and news items regarding access to Europe, resettlement, protection in Europe and third countries, integration and returns. There is also a weekly news bulletin, available from the home page.
