Charity Commission for England and Wales

The website for the Charity Commission of England and Wales contains full information on how to set up and run a charity, including legal and financial guidance. It has a searchable database of all registered charities, and displays financial records and overviews of each charity. The site also contains details of enquiries and cases brought against registered charities, as well as reports, consultation documents and other publications.

Costs Lawyer Standards Board

The Costs Lawyer Standards Board (CLSB) regulates cost lawyers within England and Wales. Its website details the role of a costs lawyer and provides documents including rules and regulations for costs lawyers, the costs lawyers' Code of Conduct, newsletters, guidance and policy documents. The site also has a searchable register of authorised costs lawyers.

Court of the Eurasian Economic Union

Website of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The EAEU is a regional economic organisation comprising the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. The role of the Court is to ensure uniform application of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, other EAEU treaties and decisions of the various EAEU bodies. Rules of procedure of the Court and the Statute of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union can be viewed in English.

Eurasian Economic Union

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is a regional organisation that provides for the free movement of goods, services, capital and labour between its member states, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. There is information on the establishment and governance of the EAEU including a copy of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union. International treaties, acts of the various EAEU bodies, regulatory documents, a copy of the customs code and tariff details are also given.

EThOS: UK E-Theses Online Service

EThOS is the United Kingdom’s national thesis service, run by the British Library. It has details of thousands of law PhD theses from UK universities (as well as theses in other disciplines). Many of the theses can be downloaded in full and for most of the others there is a digitisation-on-demand service. Basic and advanced search facilities are provided. The theses on EThOS date from the 1800s up to the present day.

Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers

The Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers was set up in 2002, and primarily exists for networking & sharing advice with other UK lawyers regarding regulatory and disciplinary law. Its website includes names and contact details for the committee, information on membership, and PDFs of back issues of the Association’s quarterly bulletin. Information about events, and news is also included, as well as links to other useful websites and organisations.

Judiciary of Kenya

Website of the Kenyan Judiciary. Provides cause lists and court decisions from the courts in Kenya, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court. Describes the history of the judiciary in Kenya, and details the system of courts in place, with brief descriptions of the function of each court. Also contains information on the different offices of the judiciary, and a resource centre.

DORIE

Website of the European Commission database DORIE (DOcumentation et Recherche sur les questions Institutionnelles Européennes). DORIE provides access to documents concerning EU institutional matters and intergovernmental conferences that have amended the founding treaties. The database includes draft treaty provisions, minutes of meetings, press releases, newspaper articles, reports, speeches by European leaders and internal Commission notes.
