Online Delaware Code

This page of the State of Delaware website provides free access to the Delaware Code and Constitution. The Code is presented for browsing in title number order with the full text presented in HTML. The Delaware Constitution of 1897 as amended is also made available on the site. Keyword search options are available for the Code.

Utah Code and Constitution

This section of the Utah State Legislature website provides full text access to the Utah Code in HTML format with the option to download individual Code titles in zipped WordPerfect file format. A full text version of the Utah Constitution is also provided along with the Official Report of The Proceedings and Debates of the Convention Assembled to Adopt a Constitution for the State of Utah. A page providing information on titles due for recodification in the current year is also given.

Boletin Oficial del Estado

The Spanish official gazette, the Boletin Oficial del Estado (BOE), publishes legislation. Since January 2009, the electronic version has had official authentic status. The Boletin is available on this website from 1995 onwards. The site also has a 'Legislacion' page with current codes, a database of laws from 1960 onwards and a historical archive of official gazettes from 1661 to 1967.

Mississippi Unannotated Code

Link to the official unannotated searchable Code of the US State of Mississippi hosted by Lexis Publishing, the official publisher of the Mississippi Code. The Code contains State legislation collected and arranged by subject. The text of the code is based on the 1972 version and is freely provided by Lexis Publishing, the official publisher of the Mississippi Code. A lookup facility and full search are available. Links to the text of the Mississippi State Constitution with lookup facility are also provided.

New York Court of Appeals Decisions

Full text decisions from the New York Court of Appeals, the highest Court in the US State of New York, are freely available from two complementary sources online. The Court deals with cases involving broad issues of law. Recent decisions are posted on the Court's own website on the day of release and are available for 2007 and 2008. The Cornell Legal Information Institute site supports keyword searches, offers a listing by topic, summaries by date and listings by first and second party names from 1990 onwards.

Japan Federation of Bar Associations

Website of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA), whose objectives include the protection of human rights in Japan, the registration of attorneys and the governance of matters relating to the guidance and supervision of Japanese attorneys and local bar associations. Background information on the JFBA is given including its objectives, categories of membership, membership rates, committees and an outline of the Japanese legal system and role of the attorney. The JFBA rules and regulations include full-text (HTML) of the code of ethics and the articles of association.
