Service Public fr: le Site Officiel de l’Administration Française

Service-Public fr is the official gateway to the French Civil Service for individual citizens and professionals. It aims to guide citizens on public services available in France at a national and local level. In so doing, it explains rights and responsibilities, and includes a glossary of administrative and legal terms. To aid browsing, the site offers themes (argent, famille, logement, etc.) and a detailed list of dossiers. The tab on justice, for example, offers an accessible and detailed overview of the French justice system.

Le blog droit administratif

This blog on French administrative law was started in 2005 and its topics include electoral law, the constitution, public enterprises and the death penalty. Regular authors include lawyers François Gilbert, Alexis Frank and Alexandre Ciaudo. Some of the more substantial contributions are under the heading “A retenir”. Posts can be displayed by date or topic/thread. Lists of recommended books and articles on administrative law are included. .

Tuvalu Primary Materials

Forming part of the PACLII database, this page provides Tuvaluan legislation, including the the 2008 Revised Edition of the Laws of Tuvalu; the Constitution of Tuvalu; cases from the Tuvalu High Court and Court of Appeal; and other legal materials from Tuvalu. The content may be searched or browsed.

Tuvalu legislation

Collection of full text laws of Tuvalu, made freely available in electronic format. This website contains English versions of the Official Revised Edition of the Laws of Tuvalu, in force as at 31st December 2008. The revision was undertaken by Laws Consolidated Inc, on behalf of the Tuvalu government. The legislation is arranged in the form of an index with the main laws in alphabetical order, and any Subordinate Legislation nested beneath the parent law. The legislation is also presented alphabetically by categories, and the complete Statute Book can be printed from the index view.

Tuvalu High Court

Forming part of the PACLII database, this webpage provides links to electronic versions of over 100 decisions from the High Court of Tuvalu, from 1987 to 2011, and is updated on a regular basis. Cases can be browsed both alphabetically or by year. Alternatively, the database search option can be selected, which will allow key word searching across the whole data file.

Tonga government portal

Official web portal for the Tongan government, maintained by the Tongan ministry of information and communications. As well as providing official links to all Tongan government ministries and departments, the site also provides access to numerous other resources, such as an archive of the state-owned Tongan newspaper The Chronicle, dating back to its inception in the 1960s, official press releases, copies of ministerial speeches, budget statements and business information. Limited search opportunities, but good navigation and browse facilities.

Institute of Baltic Studies

Website of the Institute of Baltic Studies (IBS), an independent, non-profit research and development centre aiming to assist the development of public policy in the Baltic region through socio-economic analysis. The site is mostly available in both Estonian and English, although some sections are in Estonian only. Contains information on the various projects undertaken by the institute in their three key areas of science technology and innovation, social cohesion, and policy analysis as well as articles and case studies in these areas written for them by a variety of sources.

President of Estonia

Official website of the president of Estonia, available in Estonian, English and Russian. Contains an archive of presidential speeches and addresses, and press releases pertaining to the president. Also contains information about the office and duties of the president, previous heads of state, the full text of the constitution and the declaration of independence, and recipients of Estonian state decorations. All information can be browsed from the home page, where there is also a very limited search function.
