This site from Westlaw provides free access to an unannotated version of the California Code of Regulations. The content is provided by the State of California Office of Administrative Law. The site contains the text of the regulations that have been formally adopted by state agencies, reviewed and approved by the Office of Administrative Law, and filed with the Secretary of State. The site provides an Agency list, table of contents and search engine which can be searched by keyword or title and section numbers of the specific regulation.
The American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) promotes the study of foreign and comparative law in the United States. It publishes the American Journal of Comparative Law and organises events and meetings. The ASCL website provides a seardchable index to the Journal from 1952 to 2006. The Administrative Law Review is published four times annually by the students of the Washington College of Law in conjunction with the American Bar Association's Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. The ALR strives to develop legal research and writing skills of students while publishing articles that serve both practitioners and academicians. Each issue contains articles by practising lawyers, judges, and academicians considering legal theory and practice from a US perspective.
